Saw a CLK600
Saw a CLK600 this morning to work. I said, "Nice 600 there" and I also gave him a thumb up. With his good manner, he replies, "Thanks, yours nice too."
I found it funny that a 40ish guy does such things. His car is a CLK320 without any AMG treatment but have the AMG fin though.

i bet that guy thinks he is hard now cuz someone complemented his 600 and he think he fooled you. That's really sad how people are un happy with what they have and feel they need to put a different badge on it. he has a 320 for god's sake thats a REALLY nice car, who cares if its not a 500 or 55 damn

I been seeing a lot of fake badging on clks lately.
I dont understand why they cant be happy with their 320s.
Pisses me off cuz they gonna end up racing some car and the other car gonna think its a real 500 and beat the sh*t out of it and then brag about how they beat a 500.
I guess about 99% people are gonna be fooled but anyone that owns a clk will know its a fake.

I de-badged my car also because it gives it a cleaner look and it much easier to clean when I wash it.
sharka, I love your car. I think it looks good with the black rims and polish lip. Have you thought about painting the grill underneath the front bumper black?

mines a 2004 320 and i love my car,, still hav the badges on and everything,,
by the way,, if u really want to own a 500, its only bout 8 g's more or bout $100 more on your lease,, so if u can afford to drive a 320 clk,, then a 500 is not much more of an upgrade,, money wise,, alll it is is bout 1 or 2 seconds faster,, to me,, not a hell of allot of difference,, i dunno, thats just me,,so that person with 600 badges,, hes just getting a kick off it,, let him,, its a free country, and anyone could do anything to their cars, as long as hes paying for the car,, he can drive it off a cliff for all i care,,
