SRS and seatbelts weaning problem
I have a 2004 CLK240 w209, recently the SRS light is on, I troubleshooted it and it was the passenger side weight sensor is malfunction, so I brought a SRS sensor bypass and put it on. It was good until my car was went out of battery few days later. After I changed the battery (with engine off) and now every time I turn on the car it shows my passenger side is not putting the seatbelt on(but the SRS is off), even there is no person sitting. Does anyone knows what problem? Is it because it thought it have someone sitting on it?

Check the wires under the seat its the Seat Belt Buckle wires i had the same problem SRS was on and seatbelt was on easy fix the wire somehow pop out from the connection could be by moving the seat back and forth i pushed the wire back in and the SRS light is off and the passenger light works
