Crankcase Pulley issue

When I bought the car it ran just fine but noticed a slight wobble in the harmonic balancer and decided it would be the first thing I tackle as a preventive item. Car has 94k miles.
I replaced the pulley but the new one has the same exact wobble. Brand new bolt and everything was torqued using the m113 specific pulley tool. The pulley is made by Febi/Belstein and I've had zero issues with their parts before.
Before returning this and blowing even more money on an OEM replacement what else should I check? So far I've also replaced the front crankshaft seal and idler pulley because it was noisey. I carefully checked if there are any marks on the engine block or upper oil pan, nothing. Not even a scratch.

Engine vibration is more noticeable with belt installed. It's super smooth even with the wobbly new harmonic balancer in place when belt s off.

I spoke to a retired veteren mercedes tech and he says a very small wobble is normal on rubber type vibration dampers. The wobble would be most noticeable at idle and even more so if you installed a new belt. It goes away mostly at higher rpm. The caveat is the pulley must be seated/torqued properly, is in good shape (rubber is not coming out) and the wobble is not dramatic.

Should've done more research.. lesson learned. Wouldn't have cared so much if it didn't involve spending money on a specialty tool and having to take out and re-install the cooling fan and a number of other things.
