I have replaced the radio in my CLK320. Now I cannot reset the dashboard clock when the time changes as I would use that screen to alter the time. Does anyone know of a way to do it without OEM radio?

I dont think you can. You can try in the cluster but I belive it was tied to the radio if you had comand.

You should be able to do it using the steering wheel buttons and trip reset button/knob. This video shows how:

I have the same problem with my W209 as the PO replaced the standard radio with a Comand unit.
As the clock always resets to 12.00 when the battery is connected, to reset the clock I simply disconnect the battery just before noon (or midnight) and reconnect dead on the hour.

With SDS, the cluster can be coded for "COMAND PRESENT = NO" which will restore its menu functions for setting the clock.
