STEREO REPLACEMENT PLUG AND PLAY

For a 2003 W209 CLK500 with the stock stereo
which looks like this -

Are there any units available (double din) which have a screen
and that would use the existing wire harness which runs to the
amp in the trunk -
As in plug and play -
Or does every model available today require a new harness to be
installed between the dash and the trunk -
I know very little about car stereos and I am wanting to do this if
possible using the existing wire harness -

NO LONGER ACTIVE
I know that there are some Chinese units by AVIN and others that are 85% plug and ply, but those are for the MOST fiber, int he MY2005+ facelift cars. I am not aware of any for the D2B fiber in your car.
