Recall work tomorow
I'm taking the clk550 in for a recall on the cam solenoid wiring harness. Does anyone know what this recall entails?

I think it's extensions on the wiring so that if the adjuster solenoid seals leak, the oil won't "wick" its way into the ECU. They did this on my ML350 when I took it in for the Takata airbag recall.

I'm assuming you have to pay to have the work done?

If so, is there any way to do a homemade fix? I'm tired of taking my car to get fixed all the time lol.
