Unhappy 2008 CLK550 Convertible Window Issue

My 2008 CLK550 Convertible passenger door window drops down slightly like it is supposed to do when opening the door. However it does not return to the fully closed position after the passenger door is closed. The drivers side door window operates correctly as it is supposed to do. How can I correct the issue?

Try this (windows reset)

1. Remove fuse #22 (cabin panel), put it back
And then
2.

Well actually I think I fixed the issue on my own when we took the 550 out for a ride to WalMart last night. When we got to WalMart and both got out of each door (was teaching my wife all the ins and outs of the car since it is her new toy) I decided to point the Smart Key at the small square on the passenger door handle and hold down the lock button on the Smart Key until we heard the passenger window move up to the tight close position. We went into the store and when we came out and got into the 550, closed the passenger door and to my surprise the window went back up into full closed position by itself. Very Happy Now..
