Bulbs to match the xenon's

On the E class forum they were talking about the bulbs to match the xenon's. For the E it is the PIAA 19169 Parking Lamp bulbs and H11 bulbs for the fogs. Will this work for the CLK also?

I was thinking about the same thing. I checked the owner's manuals for both cars (my 2004 E and 2005 CLK). It looks like the parking bulbs are the same, but the fog lights are different (H11 for the E and 9006 for the CLK). I have the PIAA 19169 bulbs in my E, and I ordered a set last night for my CLK from Autobarn.com. I decided to hold off on the fog lights b/c I rarely use them (unlike the yellowish parking lights that are on with the headlights).

If you look through the 211 threads you will see a lot of discussion last year about the parking light bulbs. In my 2003 E, I had the PIAA 19172 bulbs. Some people on the board complained that they were too bluish. I liked the look with the black exterior. I decided to try the 19169 bulbs this time. The color is more whitish. I think there is still a tinge of yellow, but it's much better than the stock bulbs and close enough to the xenons. So if you want a more bluish color try the 19172, if you want a whiter color try the 19169.

This's way cool !
I retrofited bi-xenon to 6000k, the small bulb looks even yellowish when compared to HID.

Fortunately, there're 5600k~6000k bulbs of a few makers they're builded to match the HID !!!
Sold in many car shops, walk in, the clerk can help you to find the best match high-K bulbs.
those bulbs are made of blue glass, so the light is white.
which match the xenon.
