still losing coolant

So the CLK550 is still losing coolant. And I keep getting like 1% glycol in oil when I have it analyzed.

I changed the gasket on the plate exchanger but still have to add coolant.

I read about the radiator problem, but isn't that just for transmission and glycol mixing?

Is this a blown head gasket?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You should not have the Valeo radiator issue on a MY2007. My guess is that your coolant expansion tank is leaking. The seal between the two halves (the black top section and semi-transparent bottom) can leak.

That's what I hoped was the problem, it's a new tank, cap, and sensor.
Also:
Cam solenoids, coils, plugs. Was getting a code for the solenoid but after the replacement all is good. No codes at all.
The oil cap is nice and clean.
The car still has a rough idle. Seems to be worse when cold.
