Battery parasitic drain 2004 CLK 320

I have 0.4A parasitic drain (measured when the car is unlocked), which goes down to an acceptable 0.1A after removing BOTH fuses 40 and 42 in the cabin. Removing fuses for the usual suspects (doors/seats) does nothing. Actually removing ANY individual fuse in the cabin or in the trunk does nothing, removing ALL the fuses fixes the problem, so it took me a while to find a combination of 2 which fix the problem.
In my case those fuses are for E Call Emergency Call System (40) and Instrument Cluster (42).
Removing only ONE of those fuses keeps the drain at 0.4 A as mentioned above.
Has anyone got a similar problem? Any suggestions on resolving it?
thanks!
Am waiting for one of the many gurus to respond to my post.
I will update you. Hope by then, your matter is resolved.

I would expect even a locked car to draw no more than a fraction of an A. Thanks
