cd player install.

My 2004 clk didn't come with the cd player in the glove box
my question is if I buy the cd player on ebay do I have to buy the cable also or is the cable in the car,i know there is a knockout in the glovebox for the wires but do I need to buy the wires separate.
also is this just a plug and play I mean do I plug one end in the back of the radio and one end in the back of the cd player please help

NO LONGER ACTIVE
There are two connections needed - one is a three-wire harness that supplies power, the other is a pair of orange fiber optic cables. usually the wiring is tucked in back of the radio, though the fiber has to be uncoupled and fit into an appropriate connector for the CDC. You will need to remove the knockout. Behind it is a plastic tube that ends right behind the radio for easy routing of these wires.
