W209 clk350 starting issue. Need help please.

I have an 06 clk 350. Lately when I’ve been trying to start the car in the morning, it seems as if the battery is dead. It’s in the 30° range where I live. It takes about 2-3 attempts to actually get the car to start running. Meanwhile while attempting to start the car the clock in the car starts spinning non stop And the seatbelt assistant bar is stuck forward. After it starts it’s good to go and doesn’t have any issues after it’s warmed up. I will make a few stops at stores and I won’t have any issues. I know it can’t be the battery because it can go from dead to then fully functional. I’ve checked the threads for this issue and Connor find anything pertaining to what I am describing. Anyone had this happen and know the cause? Are there any common problems? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Own 2005 CLK500, but drive 2011 Sienna :)
How old is the battery? I would bet it's a battery based on the symptoms. Put it on the battery tender/charger/maintainer.

I swapped the battery with a new factory battery and that was the problem. Thanks for the help
