Wheel Question

Can 19"x8" wheels be installed on a 2003 CLK 500 without compromising the handling of the vehicle? The car has 17" wheels and would really prefer 19" over 18". Thanks for your advice.

I have 19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in the back, and if anything, my car handles alot better. You need to be very concious about driving fast and hitting a pothole, because the lack of a big sidewall on the tire allows them to be damaged fairly easily if you're not careful.

i have 19x8 in front and 19x10 in rear, and i say the same as frisco. Its only better if your car is lowered. If you do not plan on lowering your car, not only will it not look good, but it handleing will not be as good.
