Hesitation when cold
Recently, when my MY08 CLK was cold, it would hesitate upon acceleration but would be OK after some warming up ( a couple of miles of driving and I live in FL) - perfect acceleration. I took it to my local Indy and they got codes that indicated to replace intake manifold assembly (broken tumble flap linkage) - not inexpensive. It still exhibits the same issues. Is it the MAF sensor or what?

Rudney - thoughts?

You can check the MAF by disconnecting it. If there is no difference in way it runs it is not working.
