Own 2005 CLK500, but drive 2011 Sienna :)
Is it possible to move (swap) rear buttons on the steering wheel?
I have pretty worn steering wheel on my 05 CLK500 with a shifter buttons on the back and I have a wheel from 06 CLK350 with a wood trim in much better shape without the buttons.
- is it possible to modify the 06 CLK350 steering wheel to accomodate the buttons from 05 CLK500?
- if the above modification is not possible - is direct wheel swap possible with a deletion of the buttons (I think no one is using them anyway )?

So I guess the question remains- if the cores are the same or not...
