Good evening companions,

I changed the boot lid and ... a blow to close. Its on a w209

Could someone tell me some trick to center and adjust the boot lid so that it goes up and down more smoothly?

I thought that if I leave the screws loose and the lid closed I can adjust it from inside the trunk. That is, I close the trunk with the 4 loose screws, adjust the trunk by the sides with wedges or something, and then from inside I tighten the 4 screws.

Any extra help?
