My old convertible top is not working.

symptom
1. No error code
2. hydraulic fluid is leaking (but can’t find the leak- it would just drain)
3. After topping it of. The case cover, bow, main lifter doesn’t work. The only thing that is working is the lock cylinder. All of the air bubble is gone after topping off.

Question-
1. If the fluid is topped off- I should be able to to get the back 6 cylinder to at least work despite leak right? But it appears to be stuck with no movement.

2. I hear noise from right rear (from the case cover).

any advise?
