Passenger door control issues 2006 clk350 :(

Hello, I am having issues with my passenger door controls and locks. I have a 2006 clk350 with 119k miles. The passenger door controls are inop intermittently seat, window, rearview mirror from driver side mirror controls. The door locks are only not working from the main lock buttons on the dash the key fob works fine on driver door passenger side is totally out. everything started (could be coincidence) when the sunroof leaked into the driver side rear floorboard. I have fixed the water issue by resealing the sunroof and cleaning drain tubes, and water did not go under seat area was just in rear feet area. If I drive the car it will all work for a sec, then drop out. It seams like when it works it is when the window goes to the very top or bottom when things stop working quickly however everything stops working without using the window controls. The memory button light on the passenger door controls comes on when they do work and goes out when not working, I have not tried the locks when the door controls come back as it never last long. i did notice that the memory light on the passenger door slightly dims before the controls stop working. The sunroof is unplugged do to sticking open, but it was like that for a while when everything was working fine. I have replaced the door control module with a verified used Mercedes part and nothing new. I tested the voltage at the power wire and ground to the DCM 11.9v. I let the old DCM set for a few hours and tried it again same thing. All fuses are good at fuse locations. Driver side controls are working fine no issues at all as are the rear windows even the rear passenger is working fine. I do not know where to look next and any advise would be awesome. I have checked other threads got me this far a huge thanks for all i have learned in such a short time on here. I am new so i hope i am posting in the correct area if not let me know and i will fix the post issue.

Thanks a million
Joe

hi Joe I had the same problem but mine was the drivers side RH drive I purchased a second hand door module thinking it was the module but same thing was happening it would work intermittently on then of on for while then off for a while so I contacts cunbus wiring specialist and he traced the wiring back from the module to 2 large plugs undern6the door sill he removed the kick palen and lifted the door sill that's where the 2 plugs 1 is blue and the other is black it was the black one loose connection that's why it was working intermittently so he tied it with a cable tie nice and tight problem solved it was done today actually so have a look at yours I assume the same plugs would be on the passenger side hope it helps .
