Wallet Smart key
I was talking to a buddy of mine and we got into the converstion about the keyless go and the wallet smart key. I bought my 03 CLK500 with keyless go. Is it suppose to come with a card of some sort , sorta like the wallet smart key for the keyless go option? Is there such a thing? If there is, I have to go back to the dealership and ask them why I didn't get one. Please inform.

I believe the cards were for the '03 models and in '04 and '05 models they switched to the standard SmartKey with Keyless Go integerated into that due to transmission problems of the wallet cards. However, if your Keyless Go works and you dont have the wallet card, I dont see what the point of the question is.

Well, i have an 03 CLK500. The wallet smart key would be much more convient to put in your wallet as apposed to carrying the key around in your pocket. So the point of asking the question is that since i bought this pre-owned, i just want to make sure that i recieve all the goodies this car comes with. My key less go works great, and the car runs wonderfully. So you saying my 03 should have the wallet smart key?
