'05 CLK320 Tonneau Cover Not Closing When Closing Top

2005 Mercedes Benz CLK 320 W209 convertible top operation issue
Top goes down great
Top comes up great until the last moment
Rear window clicks to tonneau cover but tonneau cover does not close completely
Hydraulic pump runs fine with no leaks - what could it be?
I'm assuming the computer is not recognizing that the rear window is clicking to tonneau cover , and therefore will not allow tonneau cover to close. Any suggestions? Maybe a microswitch?

Video attached, thanks in advance for help!

Have conducted some research and it looks like it's microswitch S84/19, which is Bow (Locked) Limit Switch. Took off some of the wire paneling and all wires look good, and the microswitch itself does click, however I am not sure if the microswitch being able to click necessarily means that it is fine. I cannot find this part anywhere online and am planning to go to the dealership tomorrow to try and get this microswitch. For any of those who are familiar with microswitches on these soft tops, is this likely the issue? If the part is not too expensive, I'd like to give it a shot. The Benz dealership here in Flagstaff told me they are not confident with diagnosing these models, and that the Benz dealership in Scottsdale (2 hours away) or Vegas (4 hours away) would likely have the diagnostic tools to do it, however I'd really not rather make a day of it if I do not have to.

Was in back and forth communication with Klaus from Top Hydraulics in the comments section from his Microswitches YouTube video. He confirmed my issue highly likely lies with the Microswitch S84/19 and that if it is clicking, it is unlikely in need of replacement, but rather likely a bad wire where the wiring bends or misalignment of Microswitch S84/19, causing the Microswitch S84/19 to not be clicked when the rear window lowers. As stated in the comment above, I've checked the wiring continuity underneath the protective plastic/rubber where the wiring bends and all wires appear to be in tact, so I'm assuming the Microswitch S84/19 must be misaligned, however that microswitch has never been tampered with before. My mechanic had also told me about a year ago that the driver side window no longer aligns to the gap when the door is closed, due to the shifting of the top after 16 years and over 150,000 miles.

Could this shifting of the top cause unalignment of Microswitch S84/19 with the rear window when it lowers? I'm assuming I can re-align the Microswitch S84/19 with the screws on the microswitch, correct?

I was able to verify that the microswitch clicks when the rear bow is lowered. If the wires are ok where they flex when the cover moves, and the microswitch clicks when the rear bow is lowered, is there another spot in this area I should be checking?
