Convertible top locking mechanism leaking

Hello Everyone . I all of a sudden lost lots of fluid for the convertible top . I checked and I saw that the roof locking cylinder is leaking . But its not coming out of the seal where the piston goes in and out but from the plastic bushing where the cylinder gets bolted down . I attached a picture . Can I replace this part or do i need a new cylinder? I ordered a used one on eBay but its doing the same thing . i appreciate any help .

You can see where the fluid is coming out from behind the plastic bushing.
