I replaced my radiator and thermostat a few months ago, and ever since the lower radiator hose won't stay in the radiator inlet. When I was bleeding the coolant system, squeezing the top radiator hose while warm, water started pouring out of the resevoir. My only assumption is there is air in the system. Does this model Mercedes have a coolant bleeder valve? If so, where? I lost my manual, so I'm on here.
No symptoms of a blown head gasket. The car only overheats when the coolant leaks out from the lower radiator hose. No white smoke, no signs of a blown gasket whatsoever. The car has heat so I'm assuming it's not the water pump.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

did you put the springs correctly in the groove?
if yes, and it won't hold in place... check the metal on the ends of the hose, it has a bend or the tabs are bad... replace the hose

There was air in the system, it wasn't bled properly. Thanks for your reply, buddy.Originally Posted by MB-1
