So I needed to swap out the motor and housing from my left passenger side mirror. Unfortunately the motor is secured down by a torx screw and it has a spring underneath.
Can anyone help me figure out how to tighten this screw back in. I’ve been struggling for two hours.
the problem is I need to push downwards with enough force to counter the upward force of the spring while trying to tighten the screw deep enough that the upward force doesn’t just push the thing right out.
