Rea passenger side sagging .

Hello everyone. I noticed this morning when I took the car to do an alignment that the rear passenger side is sagging . Any idea what this could be ?

I took a picture of both sides . The left side wheel is aligned correctly but the passenger side is tucked in like this angle \ and its eating the inside of the tire. I got adjustable arms and the mechanic said it didn't move from the original alignment. Can it be a broken spring an or suspension part?
