CLK 200 misfire
Hello all,
I have purchased a 2005 CLK 200 recently, it's had only one owner and a very low mileage of 36500 miles, but the car hasn't been used for the last 5 years.
The first 2 weeks it was perfect, then afterwards, whilst at its normal temperature (90-100) degree, and stationary, the car misfires.
While driving its absolutely fine, but once stationary, on a traffic light for example, it misfires. Turning the ignition off and on again, the vehicle acts normally, but if it stays stationary, it will misfire again.
When connected to a testing machine, it just says it is misfiring.
We have changed everything you can think about, like spark plugs, coils, injectors, etc. with no luck.We have done a compression test, and found the compression goes low on section 1 (Cylinder 1). The engine head has been taken off and fully tested by a professional company to come back saying it is perfect.I didn't use the vehicle since then, looking for a solution.
Any one can provide help, please do !
