All left rear lights EXCEPT brake light not functioning
Hi guys, yesterday bought a 2007 CLK and found that the rear tail light wasn't functioning. The brake light works perfectly however.
No reverse, turn signal or tail light though. Are these on a separate circuit to the brake light?
Bulbs are all good, lamp holder is fine (verified by plugging it into the harness for the right cluster). Multimeter shows about 3v on the turn signal when it is attempted to illuminate?
Does this sound like a bad ground (though surely the brake bulb shares a ground with the rest?). The car detects no faults either.

Ok so it's not a bad ground - checked with a multimeter. Whereas the right cluster shows the 12-13v expected when the bulb is lit - the left cluster only shows 3-3.5v. This could be why the car doesn't detect the fault as the bulbs are technically receiving voltage?.
Could this be a rear SAM issue? Is there anything wrong with just jumping the connections for the reverse and tail light from the right cluster?. It would also technically be possible to jump the connection from the front indicator signal to the rear cluster as a cheap fix.
