Kelvin Bellrose

I've had my CLK550 for several years, and this year it seems to be having to run the fan on high, and it never used to do this. The radiator doesn't appear to be plugged, and the coolant resivour has a good level in it. Just wondering if anybody else has had any issues with cooling. I can see the temp comes up a couple of bars, then the fan kicks on and it cools back off. I don't recall it ever doing this. The car has 133 000 km on it.

Scan for faults. Likely the fan itself has an open circuit.
