No. Going by my rudimentary command of German language, those do not appear to be a 9 double spoke wheel. I also have not seen that design on any other CLK of that vintage, so they are more likely an aftermarket wheel with Mercedes caps.

Thank you, I should of used my fingers and figured out mine are not 9 spoke.
Just put on new tires and OK Tires messed up the staggered wheels and tires

Had to go back twice to get it right.
When I told them the MB part number and size including width were on the inside of the wheel they looked at me like I was from Mars.
