I thought Brabus bumpers came with 2 fog lights. Is this a different bumper than the one on their site, or did ou just not install them yet?

Nice bumper Frisco but one question, isn't there suppose to be a CF lip? I don't see it. Hope mine comes soon.

That is the K8 bumper, no fog lights, but side vents instead and should have a CF lip (although I dont see it in the picture).

Thanks guys. Yeah it's the K8, or is it actually called the F1? The wait was actually longer than I care to even say, aalthough I think that I've been pretty mellow about the wait because I knew there was nothing that I could do to accelerate it.

I'm ready for the meet, although the weather sort of blows the last couple days. We can wait until you get your coilovers on if you want - I'm pretty much good to go anytime.

TMans, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but they apparently aren't shipping the CF diffuser - EVER. I found out a week or two ago. We might have to try to hookup a couple of the custom ones that Darrick had made for his widebody??? I certainly want the diffuser - that was one of the things that made me even want this bumper, so it's a little disappointing that they aren't even available and that it wasn't disclosed up front. But whatever, it's just a bumper...

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!? That was something I did not want to hear and was the main reason why I ordered this bumper. I guess there are ways around it Either way, your car is hot!
Btw- how do you like your exhaust? Loud? Deep? Thanks.

Yeah me too unfortunately - they also originally shipped with the quad foglights, and I had to request the grates afterwards. I'm still waiting to hear back about the response on the diffuser...

This is how the exhaust sounds - I like it overall: http://friscoreef.home.comcast.net/eisenmann.mp3

Eli - Grates? the side vents? Not sure what you mean by request grates afterwards...you had to send the bumper back? I wouldn't mind keeping the foglights though. Please let me know on the diffuser as well, seeing that I will probably do the same.

By the grates, I just meant the mesh inserts that are in the location that the quad foglights would have been. I didn't have to send anything back. It's probably going to be another couple weeks at best before anything is clear about the diffuser.

The only side shot I have is the pic in my sig. If it's not raining tomorrow, I'll wash the car and take an updated pic.

Thanks again guys - the plan for the rear is to change it to the Brabus setup, and I actually had thought that I was was going to have received it with the front but there was apparently a mixup.

Richard I'd love to see your CF lip if you have a picture

Funny that you mention big brake kits, because I was actually playing around with PS over the weekend and fitted a set of the PCCBs. I want to do the kompressor/headers/ECU before messing with the brakes... unless of course I come upon a deal that I can't turn down

Here's the photoshopped pic with the other brakes:

Frisco, are you going to put Kleemann logos on your car in place of the MB ones once you get the supercharger and the rest of the engine mods done? While the body kit may be from a different vendor, you're definitely doing enough to your car to warrant the circle k logo. I'm in the camp that thinks rebadged cars look especially sweet. I know Carlsson has a CLK grille with their logo in place of the star, but I don't know about Kleemann. Of course, considering how much money you're giving them, they ought to custom-make it for you if they don't already produce it.
