Rear Window issue

Spent a day looking through forums but nothing similar to my issue. Just bought my CLK500 from a friend. All windows were fine until I did a parking brake spring mod under back seat. One of the rear windows will not go down anymore. It does try but it goes forward for an inch then stops. Comparing how the other rear one goes down it should start off leaning towards the rear when starting to go down, then straighten up. All is fine when closing door and locking up together with front window. Any suggestions please are appreciated.

hello, you should check the window regulator and the plastic holder for the springs, there is a plastic support that tends to break.

The parts are relatively cheap, and there is virtually no way to fix the window mechanism without taking it apart. Problem is you looking at 5+ hours labor. I know, I've changed both.
