Mercedes CLK 270 CDI
Torque converter shows 0 rpm
Hello!
(This is to regards to the 722.6 transmission)
So I've faced a problem. Initially I had a problem where the car wouldn't shift into 3rd. Took it to a local mechanic, conducted a diagnostic, found conductor plate problem. When switched out the conductor plate, the car completely won't go forward or back. When connecting it to the computer, it shows that the torque converter is spinning at 0 rpms. The car previously had a water leak into the transmission from the radiator, but that is now fixed.
Would appreciate if anyone could explain why this is happening.
