Exclamation Coolant / Washer fluid sensor issue

Hi guys, I am facing for one month to very interesting problem. When I am out of washer fluid, I get low coolant warning as well. When I add washer fluid, low coolant warning is gone as well. I replaced coolant reservoir one year ago and washer fluid pump. Now this started to happen. I checked all conections around coolant reservoir and looks fine, no damaged wires or unpluged connectors.Coolant has correct level. I read in one topic here, that it could be grounding in SAM, which is same for both sensors. Could you please advise if its correct and how to fix it ? I also read here, that diag will not fix this. Issue was for E500, thats why I create new thread.

Thank you
