2004 CLK Convertible oil dripping inside close to drivers mirror
Hi
I have a 2004 320CLK convertible - when I got in the car this morning there is oil dripping from the roof lining in the middle of the car - close to the driver mirror on the windscreen. Does anyone have any idea what this is - the oil looks clean and the roof still works. Is this something that anyone else has ever experienced? I'm not at all tech savvy so any help would be very welcome. Thank you.

Check your hydraulic fluid level in the trunk reservoir. I'm picking it's dropping.
There's a hydraulic ram in the rooftop mid front which operates the roof latch
there. Sounds like it's leaking. Search Top Hydraulics on Youtube. They have
a series of videos for Merc A209 top. One of them covers the roof ram.
