but now it says each pic is too big @ 1.15; the max is 1.14mb...how do you get around that?

try resizing the picture....if you have photoshop etc it should be easy i dont lol so what i do is i open the paint program that comes with windows and i resize there (press file,open, your picture....then click on image on the top of the pic then strech and play with the horizontal and vertical settings)

Or you just upload the pictures to either your ISP hosted website (assuming that's part of your internet service) or one of the many free picture hosting sites, and tehn use the IMG tag to embed the picture in your post. That is the easy way to work around the attachment file size limits.
