Kelvin Bellrose

How in the hell can i change this sensor? I can't even get my fat head into a position to see this let alone try to fernangle it out. My cooling fan is retarded and just randomly comes on full blast even though it isn't even warmed up yet. My computer says it's 100 deg C and it's not that warm. Anyone?
