Can anyone help me with the correct oil filter for my 2007 1.8 CLK?

So far I have found 3 different types, that apparently fit my car. The most popular one is 154mm long x 47mm outside diameter with an inside diameter of 37mm. I've also seen that some have an inside diameter of 22mm, and some are 250mm long. It seems a bit confusing, but the sites I'm looking at state that all 3 types fit this car.

Enter your car stats on a website such as rockauto, autohausaz, fcpeuro, etc., and a list of filters that includes MB OEand aftermarket brands will pop-up. Part numbers are a better spec than filter dimensions. There are dozens of filter brands, most of them made in a couple factories.
