Hey, I'm noob to MB but have worked on other cars for a while. I recently got screwed over on a clk500 I bought from a dealer which had a good engine and trans but almost everything else needs to be replaced. I just finished tearing out the dash to replace the plastic pieces and arms for the blender door motors and vents but after I put the dash together again, I can't reset the SRS light. I have tried Foxwell I think NT530 and the Icarsoft MB V3.0. The foxwell just froze when reading the SRS code and I had to unplug it just to have the same thing happen. The Icarsoft will reset the code but then it comes back on right away. Will the Launch X431 work? I also need to have my car set to Xenon=present. Am I pretty much stuck with having to go to a shop to do it?
