soft top not working w209 2007 clk compressor + fuse 15
Hello guys, hope you are doing well. I'm having 2 problems that I would like your help with.
1 Soft top is not working. When I press the button to open it all the windows come down and nothing anymore. I have checked all the fuses in the all and all of them are working except fuse number 15 in the rear trunk unit. I have even checked the 40amp soft top motor fuse that is ok as well. So really lost with what to do next any advise would be helpful.
2 question is this fuse number 15 7.5amp in the rear trunk blows up as soon as I turn the ignition on, not even starting the car. I've looked around this forum and find out that this fuse is for fuel fillet cap polarity reverser relay 1 and 2 which I also checked and they seems to be working properly. Does anyone knows what this fuse or relays are for ???
My hydraulics fluid is on level but not sure about how good is it because of its colour, but if this was clogged at least I should hear the motor trying to engage correct?
