So I've had this weird issue lately where when I come down my driveway and get to the bottom before fully coming to a stop the RPMs surge for a second the car jumps a bit forward. I've recently done an oil change and transmission fluid drain and refill and the problem was there before and after. It doesn't do it all the time. The vacuum lines and everything looks good visually as far as I can tell. I'm going to test with the AC on and off as I'm thinking it may have something to do with that and will check the pulley for any play. Anything else that can be the cause such as bad transmission mount (My indy says the motors mounts are okay and not leaking after looking at them). The reason why I ask about the mount is because when you first put the car into reverse or drive after the car warms up a minute in, there is a vibration that starts but disappears in park or neutral (It is more distinct in drive than reverse).

Happens with both AC on and off. There is a slight squeak from the drive-belt and checking with the stethoscope it points to the smooth idler pulley, but doubt something that minor would cause this issue. Oddly enough, the drive and reverse vibration is not as significant anymore a few days since the oil and transmission fluid services.
