722.6 Jerking and Rattling

I own a 2002 w209 320 has this ussie as long as ive owned the car(about a year).Few days ago it got really bad. When the transmissions cold it okey shifts like normal when it gets warn it starts jerking around 1100-1300 rpm, what i also noticed is that when its in 1st gear at cold temperature the car doesnt wants to shift and if i let off my foot off the gas it slows down really quick cannt roll for long but after shifting to second gear and then back to first gear its okey rolls like normal. me and my father thought it was a torque converter issue so we changed the whole transmission today

Issue got even worse. tommorow i am bringing my car to program the transmission and reset it so hopefully it fixes the issue but i dont its gonna fix the issue. I guess we'll see what happens. I see lot of people having the same issue as me and after all these years i still couldnt find the solution so i am determind to fix the rattling.

If i got it right, you replaced the entire transmission? At first it was even worse, but after adaptation now is ok?

Basically yeah, It was was the torque converter that went bad but I decided to change the whole transmission because of its mileage(300k km) I was also thinking about changing the oil but what if its not the issue and then I've wasted 8 liters of good oil so I pulled the whole transmission from a Japanese low mileage (40k km)clk320. When I changed it, it was really really bad, didn't shift well , sometimes it even shifted from 2nd to 4th or 5th and then shifted back (I think)because at one point It stalled the car from 1st gear idk in which gear it shifted but it just died so I thought about resetting the transmission and the adaptation of the transmission, it was my last hope, the car will relearn your driving and this fixed it. It was my last resort because if this wouldn't have fixed it then I need another transmission and it was already a 400$ job including the cost of transmission. If ur having the same issue I recommend buying a new transmission its not a big difference in price between the whole transmission and a torque converter so yeah hope this helps.
