Bi-Xenon headlamp plug and play?

is it just a plug and play in order to install bi-xenon headlamp ? is it complicated?

where can i get the bixenon head lamp ? how much is the cheapest ?

First, you have to ask your dealership to set your car's computer setting to "xenon - present", if they are not willing to do the resetting for you, your lights will not work.

It is a plug and play install (if you can get the settings changed). Cheapest? Everybody sells at pretty much the same price.
