Wheel Storage

At 2000 miles I swapped out my stock wheels for 19s...but plan to put them back on the car when I turn it back in 2.5 years (leased). What do I need to do to keep the wheels and tires in good shape? I don't want them to dry rot or anything. Right now they're stacked up, flat, in my garage. I'm in FL, so the only element that they are exposed to is heat.

Flat is the correct way to stack them to protect the rubber.

Wrap them in plastic to protect the wheels.
