that's the pollen filter above the battery in yhe engine compartment. The 2 cabin filters are beneath the glove box in the passenger footwell.

I looked up the 2 charcoal filters you are referring to and it seems that not all cars are equipped with them. I will confirm this with the Mercedes dealership next time I am there. But from what I have read online they are only found in cars equipped with "'Thermotronic' control panel (as opposed to the 'Thermatic' controller)"
When I search the parts diagram with my VIN the filters do not show as installed on my car.
