well this happens on my E55 as well... it doesnt happen all the time. Apparently it has something to do with the size of our brake disks. Doesnt concern me yet.

Brake Squeal

Normallly brake squeal is caused by vibration between the pad and the rotor. Pad composition and the change in temperature can contribute to the noise as well. Beside what i just mentioned, their are some other factors, that i wont list. I dont feel, you have to worry about the safety of your braking system. You be surprised how many people have brake Squeal, and live with it.
The question is, can it go away? I say not with your current setup. It could be that the brake tech that did the work, didnt clean all the parts, didnt lube all metal to metal contact areas. The backing plate of the pads should have been coated with an anti squeal paste, to dampen the vibration.
The seating of the pad and rotor have alot to do with a successful brake repair, so I question that. Personally if i was gonna hold the dealership responsible for not doing the correct procedure,( and i'm not saying they didnt),I would find away to remove one of my wheels, and take a look, even going as far as taking the brake pad out and doing a self inspection. I know all of this sounds a bit crazy, and it is.

I go in Monday for this and a noisy AC compressor, I spoke with the tech that did the last repair and I reminded him that their first attempt to fix the problem by adding more anti sqeal paste did nothing and they had to change pads and rotors; this did the trick for aout 9 mos. I've got a little over a year left on my lease so if they get it to go away for another 9mos+ I'll be happy. Funny on previous cars, M3, 911's and 930 Turbo's I never had this issues let alone four CLK 430 's
