How much to install bodykits + muffler?

they quoted me $1200 to install bodykits (front bumper, rear bumper + 2 side skirts + muffler). The labor rate is $95/hr. Assuming that the bodykit required modification, is this an acceptable rate?
The price is for installation only.

Could be around $800, but don't know whether burlingame is closed to LA
