Help: New CLK55 AMG Owner - Tilt/telescopic steering?

Hi everyone... I just picked up a 2002 CLK55 AMG today, however don't know how to tilt and telescopic steering. I tried to read the owners manual, however unfortunately the car had only a French version inside
I know there's that lever under the steering wheel, but what do you do to telescope or tilt?

Thanks in advance

Lets see; Tilt goes which way? Telescope goes which way. I wonder which way the lever moves. :p

The w208 clks only have telescopic steering (steering wheel comes closer towards you). There is a lever underneath the steering column, pull on it, and the wheel can be pulled or pushed.
