First Impression of Speedtuning USA.
I drove the car along with X-tian. We went to go kart place agian with a bunch of his friends. The car feels a lot smoother than before, The power is not as abrupt as before and when going to high speed, I knew I have more hp because the car pulled longer than it did. Like before ECU had a chance to adapt to all the settings but I think I went the original ECU parameter was not capable of fully utilizing the whole system. Hopefully this is why I got a better feeling than before. And it was on the rain too.
On the way back home I had a chance to run with New NSX 6MT with some mods. And we did many rolling starts. I was able to pull off 2-4 car length on it(60mph on roll). That car has 6 cylinder VTEC with 290bhp and 224tq stock.
mine is 362bhp and 376tq but I know I am a lucky one who has a good engine. It was estimated around 372bhp and 380tq.
Now the biggest difference is that the weight of NSX is 1340(2977lbs) and mine is over 3800lbs with all the mods and we had a passenger in both cars.
If he did any hp mods, which works very well on NSX's Vtec, I don't know.. But I pulled it off from the beginning of the run. And this is after one hour of having the new ECU flash in my car. I bet it was still adapting itself.
