drowned my car last week
Just figured you guys migh want to hear about this.
I was on my way back from AC last week when it started pooring. I'm on the 87 in the Bronx going north and the highway is flooded. There was no warning and no way out. The water was about an inch higher than the doorsill. After I slowly made my way through exiting the water and think everythings ok the car shut off. I could turn the car on but could not take it out of park. I called MB and the guy told me to put a pen in the gear selector at the bottom under D. This put it in limp mode and I could not drive past 20mph. After a few hours I tried it again and the check engine light was on. I unplugged the battery for 2 hours, then everything reset itself.

if it'd been me, things would still be all fouled up and I'd be facing expensive repairs.

Thanks guys I was freaking out after the car shut off. Everythings working fine though I took it to 143mph and it felt solid. I will def post pics of the car tonight. You guys are probably think the car is slammed I can't fit a finger in the front or back.
