CLK was NOT biult on the E-chassis but was rather built on the C-class chassis. Therefore, no issues

......actually, my dealer service manager explained to me once that the w208 was not built on the c or e class platforms, but was on its own platform, and the w209 was/is built on the c-class platform either way, you should have no troubles
