Does anyone know if this kit is even available to order and where?? Or would something have to be custom made/fabricated to get that look?

I keep asking the distributor here for just the DTM wing and it's just hopeless [so far]... so I am guessing its not available yet... however new F1 safety car, CLK63 AMG, has the wide body of the DTM edition, therefore there is fair chance that it will be available for sale soon.. about the custom body, I am sure you can get a bodyshop to design one for you and probably it will be cheaper... but orginial is always better... I say keep waiting...

There is no such kit, per se, as far as I know. HWA is a race shop and fabricates the parts for the DTM racecars and the CLK DTM coupe and cabriolet special edition streetcars.

Someone may come out with a kit -- but I don't know of any yet....

Vitt from Japan makes one for the w209 and it is distributed through one of the advertisers on here. Check the advertisers index.

I have heard rumors Benz may make a factory option for the F1 Safety kit, but not the DTM kit.

Thanks all - I've been using the search feature and it seems that this question is asked quite often with numerous different replies. All of them logical I might add but nothing set in stone. If I run across any info worth sharing, I'll post it up.

I looked on www.gmpperformance.com and they have the Vitt kit for the 05 CL listed at $7700.00 and www.AZautotrends.com handles vitt also. I assume it will be about the same price. Don't know what it is made of.

if i'm not mistaken the official VITT US distributor is Jonari, in San Carlos California.
